Finally, A Memoir Highlights Culture!

Ah, thank you Eva Maze and Moonstone Press for this stunning walk around the planet over the past 80+ years. In WITH BALLET IN MY SOUL: ADVENTURES OF A GLOBETROTTING IMPRESARIO, readers are guided through Europe before and after World War II as well as the Cold War. Even though one is treated to the sights, sounds and flavors of India, Japan and Greece, and have a share in the tragedy into which the 1972 Munich Olympics devolved after the terrorist assault there, the reader of this memoir will come away with the story of a woman whose passion is dance, music, and the inter-connectivity of peoples.

Maze’s devotion to her family is peppered throughout the book and her love of culture and, more-importantly the people who make up the varied cultures this planet possesses, fills the pages with an aroma that remains well after the book is closed. She has succeeded, in her lifetime, to teach us the lesson of the Phoenix (even from Sarasota!) – that to have been greatly disappointed or foiled in one’s dreams early on, necessitates the continuation of dreaming AND developing the skills to see the dream become reality.

World Peace Through Culture

In an age where politicians of most nations are given celebrity status and tend to give only cursory focus on solutions to global issues, the life of Eva Maze, “Impresario for Humanity” shows us where real power lay. She and her co-workers across time and space have done more for the advancement of goodwill than any armistice, peace conference or treaty ever will.

With Ballet in My Soul Message of Hope

WITH BALLET IN MY SOUL is a light for the 21st Century cynic and overly-saturated information junkie. It’s a blueprint for the spread of human kindness to cover the bile of the power hungry. The Human Race has some good left in it and Eva Maze, a prophet who has seen the milk flowing from the hills, has been to the mountain top and has brought the Message down to the rest of us. This book of Hope is a must-read!
