A spokesperson describes the event as follows:

"Located on the campus of San Joaquin Delta College in Stockton, California, the LH Horton Jr Gallery presents an exhibition of Contemporary Filipino American Art, October 13 – November 10, 2022. The exhibition is focused on Filipino / Filipino American visual and performing arts, culture, history, social justice, and intersectional identity themed works. "

And...

"Kim Requesto will perform the dance, Pangalay, also known as the “fingernail dance”. Pangalay is a traditional form that predates Christianity and Islam in the Philippines Sulu Archipelago. This style is performed with elongated brass fingernails (Janggay), Arm movements that look like waves (Taut Taut), and various hand gestures called Bunga Lima."
