The Whitney Museum of American Art, temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 crisis, is continuing to bring resources to the public through online educational offerings for all ages, a part of their digital project, #WhitneyFromHome.

The Whitney’s educational offerings include: Art History From Home, weekly online talks by the Whitney’s Joan Tisch Teaching Fellows;Art Making From Home, thirty-minute artmaking sessions for all ages taught by a Whitney educator; Whitney Kids Art Challenge which provides a variety of art projects designed specifically for children and adults to do together; new episodes of Whitney Vlogs, original short videos led by Deaf museums educators communicating in American Sign Language that focus on individual artworks in the Museum’s collection; and K-12 Online Lessons, forty-minute interactive lessons led by Whitney educators for K-12 schools.
